It's not everyday you see a miracle, but that's pretty much what happened recently in Mexico when an unusual but natural phenomenon meant that many of the people who have been suffering financially due to the shutdown of tourism in the area suddenly found themselves with an unexpected bounty when hundreds of mackerel and sardines washed ashore.
