¡Hola!
Before we forget it was Easter last weekend, there's a funny phenomenon that's been doing the rounds on Spanish social media because all over the country the traditional Holy Week processions had been cancelled (I mentioned this in my post on Easter Sunday). It seems that rather than forego the processions, people everywhere have been using their imaginations to recreate them as best they can. Take a look at this one and see if you can hear when the neighbour informs the person taking the video
"¿sabes lo que llevan en el ese? ¡Un jamón!"
Even medical staff have been getting in on the action!
There's a great selection in this article from El País:
Plus here's a line from the article with its grammatical breakdown:
Debido a la crisis del coronavirus, cualquier destino de vacaciones ha tenido que ser cancelado.
Because of the coronavirus crisis, all holiday destinations have been cancelled.
Saludos,
Shui
