Conjugate saber in the present tense in Spanish (El Presente)

Saber (to know) is irregular only in the yo form in El Presente in Spanish, but the rest of the conjugations follow the regular rule.

nosotros / nosotras sabemos
vosotros / vosotras sabéis
ellos / ellas / ustedes   saben
The endings for all the other forms are the same as regular -ER verbs: Verbos regulares -er (presente).

Look at and listen to these examples:

Yo más de lo que parece.I know more than it seems.

¿Sabes que ocurrió?Do you know what happened?

Ella sabe mucho de jardinería.She knows a lot about gardening.

Nosotros sabemos hacer kitesurf.We know how to kitesurf.

Vosotras no sabéis nada.You do not know anything.

Ellos saben la solución.They know the solution.

Note that another meaning of "saber" is "to taste", for example:

La comida sabe bien.
The food tastes nice.

When "saber" has this meaning, the conjugation remains the same as when it means "to know".
