Why buena not bueno?

Why buena not bueno?

Why is 'buena' used to describe the coffee as good? 'El café' is masculine so I don't understand why it wouldn't be 'El café colombiano...es muy bueno.'

The sentence is - and its quality is very good - y su calidad es muy buena.

Buena relates to the feminine noun calidad not the noun coffee.
