This summer my husband and I will travel through Spain and we will try its cuisine. We have heard that food is amazing, so we will visit different regions. When we are in the north, we will eat some good Cantabrian anchovies and many small plates of meat, fish and vegetables. In the centre of the country, we will try a good roast suckling pig with baker's style potatoes and red peppers. Later when we go to the south we will drink red wine with soda and we will eat the traditional little fried fish that is served in the beach bars. The truth is that we will not go hungry. How well you eat in Spain!
