Do you know my remedies for aching muscles? Say goodbye to them with these expert tips! There is nothing I hate more than, after doing intense sport, not being able to move properly because of the pain. And for days afterwards, they turn into torture when you walk or even get up from a chair. If that ever happens to you, give yourself a good massage with lavender oil, since this oil acts as a muscle relaxant. Also, you should take vitamin C with bromelain, a protein that mixed with vitamin C, helps reduce the effects of aching muscles. Finally, it is important that you exercise regularly and that you stretch correctly, so your body can recuperate more easily.
