This is my grandmother's recipe. It is a traditional Caribbean dish. First, buy all the ingredients. You need rice, chicken, peppers and spices. Heat some olive oil in a pan. Add the chicken and cook it for ten minutes. Then, add the peppers and the spices. Stir everything well. Now add the rice. Cook everything on a low heat for twenty minutes. Taste the dish and add a little salt. Enjoy with your family!
