To make this typical Caribbean recipe, cut some peeled plantains into large chunks and boil them in a pot of water for fifteen minutes. Then, mash the plantains in a bowl and add butter. Mix the ingredients well and heat a frying pan with a little oil. Form small balls with the mixture and fry them in the oil. The balls should be golden brown before serving them on a plate. Enjoy!
