Arturo Pérez-Reverte is a Spanish writer. He is from Cartagena, Spain, and lives in Madrid. He is a very famous author. He is also a journalist. Many people read his books and his novels. One of this writer's famous works is Captain Alatriste. His stories are about adventures and history. He also writes articles for newspapers. Today he is a member of the Royal Spanish Academy.
