How the test works

In many oral traditions the unknown exists. This element opens the story, sometimes taking human form. Other times it emerges as a hidden place, and the storyteller reveals it little by little. The smallest details surround the unknown, the audience's silence feeds it and doubt grows with each listen. Then, fear appears without explanation, imagination fills in the gaps and each version changes the mystery. The ending reveals something, but not everything. Thus, the secret remains in memory. That is why the unknown keeps the tradition alive.

Clever stuff happening!
