Spain is known as a country of owners. Home ownership is an important part of Spanish culture and society. Many people in Spain aspire to own their homes, and buying homes is a common goal. The real estate market has been historically significant in Spain, with a high percentage of people who choose to purchase instead of rent. However, trends have changed in recent years. and there are also those who increasingly choose the option of renting. In Spain, home ownership is not only a financial investment, but also a symbol of stability and roots. The tradition of owning a home has been passed down from generation to generation, and the purchase of a home is often considered as an important milestone in a person's life. Furthermore, another typical belief among Spaniards is that renting is synonymous with wasting money.
