I read in the press about the Latin American diet. In these countries, 63% of people habitually consume poultry, 60% usually eat fish and shellfish, and 59% affirm that they include grains and eggs in their diet. In addition, 62% of Latin Americans follow a special diet that limits their consumption of some ingredients or foods, for example, sugar, sodium, carbohydrates or dairy. How interesting!
