I cannot sleep well at night, the doctor says that I have insomnia and that I have to practise mindfulness to relax myself. Every night, I'm going to lie in my bed and remain silent without thinking. I will focus my attention on stretching my body and taking deep breaths. It will be a relaxing experience.
