I cannot believe it! I just bought a flat [US: apartment] and now it's my turn to be administrator. What a coincidence! My role as administrator is to keep the accounts; ensure correct maintenance in common areas, arranging for repairs and measures that are urgent; and to represent the community of owners. In addition, today all the residents of the community had a meeting to talk about the central heating, so from October it is mandatory to install individual meters to improve the energy efficiency of the building. There are so many things to do!
