Dear Mr González, I'm contacting you through this letter to explain that it was totally impossible for us to deliver the promised materials within the agreed deadline due to supply problems. We deeply regret not being able to deliver and all the inconvenience that this non-compliance may cause. We hope to resolve this situation as soon as possible. If you could accept this delay, we would offer you a discount as compensation for the wait. Again, we apologise for not having complied with the scheduled date for reasons of force majeure. Thanking you in advance for your understanding. Kind regards. Thank you very much, Raquel Fernández.

I'll be right with you...
