Yesterday was Thanksgiving Day and I celebrated [it] with my family. We had a wonderful day but we had a problem before dinner. Unfortunately, there wasn't any turkey at the supermarket because it was sold out and my mother had to travel to another town (in order) to buy it. It was a very stressful situation for all of us, but when she returned with the turkey we were very happy. It's a good thing that we could have roast turkey for dinner! Can you imagine that dinner without it?

Clever stuff happening!
