In some countries, schools and other training centers who are registered with the government to work with professional training budgets can include e-learning, provided that this meets the criteria of the organisation who is funding the training and that an attendance sheet is provided for each student.
The requirements for attendance sheets vary for different training budget organisations, but generally they must include at minimum the following information:
- Title of the training
- Student's name
- Dates and times of the training
In accordance with this requirement, Kwiziq offers Studygroup coordinators the option to automatically generate attendance sheets, which serve as proof of time spent in the learning system for each student. These reports are available in Studygroup dashboards upon demand.
