I have a student who cannot gain access to kwiziq?

I have a student who cannot gain access to kwiziq?

Kwiziq recognizes their account it has the Hi (name); but, whatever they click or try to do it (sign in, sing out, dashboard, etc.) it keeps saying an internal error has occurred.

Hi Beatriz,

Thanks for letting us know, I'm very sorry to hear they experienced a problem.

I am going to take a look at this for you and will send an email to you via our helpdesk (which is reached by our contact form) it's better for keeping a history of support isues like this.
